Greetings Dead Freaks!
Not too much fussing about this go-round as I'm late for a holiday something-or-other. So, after we talk about some exciting Osiris doings and a show that I recently attended, we get right down into the good old Grateful Dead.
This episode continues where we left off in episode 11 (two years ago!), surveying New Years Eve shows and runs. Because New Years is a party, we forego my usual fixation with weird and spacey in favor of rocking the night away.
As for the Osiris stuff that I mentioned, I have to tell you that I'm quite excite for the new Osiris limited series, Freak Flag Flying. David Crosby sits down in conversation with author Steve Silberman to discuss everything from David’s earliest musical relationships with legendary peers like Bob Dylan, Jerry Garcia, Jefferson Airplane, and Steely Dan—and his years with Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. This limited series from Osiris launches on Monday, January 6, but you can subscribe now at OsirisPod.com/FreakFlag.
